Researching On The Chinese Domestic Violence Problem During The Transition Period

Domestic violence is not only a legal problem and a ethics problem but also a complicated social problem. It is a result that caused by comprehensive function of various social negative factors. At present, Chinese society is in the transition period, a lot of families in China facing the contradiction between traditional idea and modern thinking, the contradiction between equal consciousness and with offering understanding mutually each other, the contradiction between love and marriage and the contradiction between material factor and spiritual factor. The existing contradiction cause domestic violence problem is becoming sharply day by day. The domestic violence to women is a ubiquitous social phenomenon of countries all over the world.
