| The transformation of society always accompanies with the reorganization,clustering and set of the society stratum inevitablely.Since China's reform and opening up in the 1980s, the simple and static social structure has undergone a great change and split-up with the characteristic -s of heterogeneity,diversification,openness and stratification. Of them the most outstanding result is the appearance and expansion of the stratum of private entrepreneurs.For various history reasons,the stratum of private enterprise has disappeared on the Chinese history satge for a long time,th -en reappeared in the middle 1980s.At present,the stratum of private enterprise owners has become the important part of the Chinese social structure, and has caught the attention of the world with its outstanding economic position, huge social movable energy and great social influence.As representative outcome of the policy reform ,the study on the status and social effects of the newly arisen stratum ,which exerts the important influence on Chinese society, has great significance.Most of studies on the status of the private entrepreneurs used to be micro-anzlysi -ses , or investigating the rise and fall of from a certain dimension of the social status alone. The study relatively on the status from the perspective of status relativity is scare. Viewing from the view point of status correlet -ion,the essay takes the Chinese overall social reformation and transforma -tions as macro-background,inquiries the change and regulation of the private entrepreneurs'status correlation, analyzes the influence on the social stability and development,reveals the interaction of the change and social transformation.
