Research On Pension Issues In The Context Of Social Transformation

Since the reform and opening up,China social transformation,great changes in the way people live production,earth-shaking changes have taken place in the whole country.But followed by some social problems and contradictions began to highlight,especially the pension problem.The current with the aging of the population increase,our country citizen's pension problems gradually become the hot topic in society.In our traditional way of pension,family pension is the main way,and plays an important role.In the whole social organization,family is the basic unit,assume the main body of the endowment effect.Along with the social transformation,we implemented the transformation of the traditional society to modern society,and caused the change of family structure,family function also with the change,in the process of the change,the traditional family pension mode has already can not adapt to social development trend,the function is gradually weakened.So through research of pension problems in our country,combining the reality of social development,put forward some specific measures,for solving our pension problem has important significance.This article first expounds the pension problem during the period of social transformation of the research background and research significance,and to make the correlative analysis of research status at home and abroad,to lay a good foundation for the research of this paper.Second endowment concepts related to make the research of social transformation;Third,analysis the current situation of the pension problems of our country,provide the basis for put forward concrete measures;Fourth,analyze the old-age pension development pattern of China and abroad excellent reference,finally,from the perfect system,increasing government support,to strengthen the construction of the talent service,integration of old-age resources and legal system construction in five aspects proposed some specific path,in order to provide some useful research on pension problems during the period of social transformation.
