| China is one of the most important countries of the vegetable production and export. The increasing export of vegetable performs an important function in keeping the balance of trade and driving the agriculture economy and the nature economy. Although the vegetable export makes the agriculture economy and the farmers' earning increase, it isn't an easy work to realize the continuable increase of the vegetable export nowadays. The changeable situation influences the vegetable export profoundly, especially the green barriers in international trade.The main markets of Chinese vegetable export are developed countries and the rising industrial countries and areas, such as Japan, Korea, Hongkong and Taiwan. These countries and areas are mostly the members of "Trade and Environment Committee of WTO". They put green barriers to block the vegetable import. Because of the green barriers, Chinese vegetable is often pushed out of the world market.In order to realize the continuable increase of Chinese vegetable export, we must envisage and analyze green barriers dialectically. Green barriers have their dualities in view of their reasons and contents, as well as the influences on Chinese vegetable export. So we must analyze green barriers neutrally and utilize the rationality of green barriers and oppose the irrationality of them.Beginning with the analysis of the reasons and contents of green barriers, this paper analyzed the dualities of the influences on Chinese vegetable export of green barriers based on the analysis of the dualities of their reasons and contents.
