Economic competition lies in people in the final analysis. Human resource is the most important and powerful capital of competition. The task of human resource management is providing eligible people to an enterprise to gain its ends. And develop their potential, make human resource bring into play to serve the enterprise. Therefore Advance the human resource management constantly and improve people' s skill is the guarantee to develop a corporation. Performance appraisal and compensation is the sixty-four-dollar question of human resource management.After analyzing the current performance appraisal and compensation system of LY healthy food Corp., the thesis revealed the key problems. Then by using advanced performance appraisal and compensation theory and methods in modern human resource management, the thesis built a new performance appraisal and compensation system and adapted them to the market economy. During the procedure, the balanced scorecard and KPI are used in different grades of the corporation. At the meantime, emphasize the participation of the stuff in design of the new system. In the process of compensation design, the thesis adopted graded approach and three factors method to evaluate the positions. The new system is more reasonable and scientific.The thesis emphasize the theory combine with practice and the composite of methods, to design a more precise and correct performance appraisal and compensation system.
