Basic Revenue Performance Based On Balanced Scorecard Research On Management System

The development service providers to improve service efficiency and reduce the expenditure of government relations.In the past 40 years since China's reform and opening-up,the social productive forces have undergone tremendous changes,and the social production relations have also changed along with it.The role of government departments has also changed from managers to service providers to improve service efficiency and reduce the expenditure of government departments.Government departments have gradually introduced corporate performance appraisal into government work.Among various performance assessment methods,the balanced scorecard is an effective model,which is gradually applied to government management.This paper studies the establishment of balanced scorecard as a performance assessment system in the inland revenue of the open area,which is mainlyfuture after the balanced scorecard is buil parts: the first part elaborates the background and significance of the research and the research methods,and gives some innovative places;The second part is a review of the domestic and foreign related literature and related theories described;The third part introduces the basic situation of the tax department in the economic development area and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current performance appraisal system of the department.The fourth part and the fifth part are the important parts of this article,and the establishment of balanced scorecard and matters needing attention are discussed in detail.The last part is a summary of this article and a vision for the future after the balanced scorecard is built.This paper adopts five research methods: qualitative analysis,literature analysis,investigation,quantitative analysis and case study.Qualitative analysis is mainly used to study the influence of four levels of balanced scorecard and PEST on environmental factors.Literature analysis is used to study the theory and practice of tax department performance appraisal and balanced scorecard.The survey rule is used to compile the questionnaire in the process of determining the weight of each index in the balanced scorecard system.The information in the questionnaire is collected,and then the proportion of each indicator is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),which is the quantitative analysis method.Finally,the case study method is mainly used in the overall subject research.The combination of the above research methods can make this paper reasonable and scientific.
