Logistics management thinks of the article' s dynamical flow as its major research object, and discovers essential relationship among such logistics activities as transportation, storage, loading/unloading and carrying, package, distribution, circulation process and information handling, which allows them stand out from economic activities. Among them, warehouse system as producing time benefit of logistics system is an extremely important subsystem, which is a bridge between supply and consumption, and functions as a cushion and balancer too. Consequently, management research on warehouse system becomes one of focuses of logistics management research during these decades.The paper firstly systematically introduces basic concept and theory of warehouse system management of modern logistics enterprises, then establishes and expounds three-dimensional structure research system, namely, object oriented inventory control management, process oriented inventory control management and inventory management analysis; with that the traditional Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model is analyzed, and a Dynamic Economic Order Quantity(DEOQ) model considering the capital time value is provided, subsequently a Visual Basic program for this newly established model is developed, which simplifies calculation complexity and makes enterprises' inventory management more scientific and convenient, and reduces inventory control management cost; in the end, making use of a case study proves the correctness of theory and practicability of the DEOQ model.
