The purpose of this paper is to discuss the more reasonable and applicable method for the risk management in the project management. Based on the large amount literatures about risk management, an oriented-process and dynamic risk analysis and management methodology was proposed.1,A multi-attribute method was proposed to describe the project risk factors. The multi-attribute, such as risk probability, risk impact, risk predictability, risk controllability and risk transferability, is being used to account for the project risk factors' properties and the relationship between them. In addition, a 'Radar Picture' was used to give an overall risk level perception for the risk managers.2,A classification-identification principal was proposed to carry out the risk identification in the project risk management. A risk identification table designed following above principal was proposed.3,A risk rating method with multi-attribute was set up. For the quantification risks, the 'geometric mean' is selected as the tool to rate the risk level; for the qualification risks, the AHP approach was used to illustrate the different risk level.4,The AHP method was proposed to determine risk response plan. By this approach, the various risks knowledge dispersed within the risk management organization such as the managers' experience and project history data can be used for the project risk management.5,An oriented-process and dynamic system for project risk management was set up following the above methods and principals, and the system was integrated with the project lifecycle.
