As we have entered the WTO and have to open financial service much further, our developing and perfecting banks have directly faced and taken part in the international competition. Internationalization has been the inevitable choice of our commercial banks.The development strategy is the long-term strategy concerning enterprise's development. Only by making the suitable development strategy, enterprises could survive in the keen competition day by day, and develop continuously. Banks developing internationalization, is in the face of two markets, two kinds of resources both at home and abroad, its environment and situation are more complicated and competing fiercer and having high expectations for synthesis of the bank, therefore make and implement the internationalization development strategy which suit the commercial banks of our country, can just advance the internationalization process in an orderly manner , make the commercial banks of our country stand firm in the international market, develop to the large world first-class bank progressively.This article applies the theory of enterprises' development strategy to the internationalization of the bank.
