With the population of 1.3 billion, china is the third biggest market for white household electric appliances in the world. As the market with the most potential, china attract the large-scale investment of many multinational corporations under the direction of their global strategies. The pressure and challenge the domestic market face are unprecedented.How to go out of the door of nation on the occasion when the China enters into the WTO? How to develop the resource from the home and abroad? How to participate in the competition in the international market? How to strengthen the core competitive power of our corporations? These are new and large themes for our corporations to research.Meeting the need of the time, Kelon became a spearhead leading the domestic household electric appliance corporations into the international market. With its speedy marketing, Kelon gained the wide attention in the electric appliance industry. This paper mainly research the global strategies of Kelon on the practices through the special investigate and research. A useful reference is expected not only to the whole household electric appliance industry in China,but also to the realization of the internationalization strategic objects of Chinese enterprises.
