International Banks And The China Banking Internationalization

With the change of international and domestic environments, the internationalization of China's commercial banks has been the necessary trend of the financial economy. From the theoretical and practical respects, the dissertation analyzes the transnational banks systematically and discusses the internationalization of our Chinese banking.The dissertation consists of four chapters. The first chapter defines the concepts of "transnational bank" and "internationalization of banks", then describes the development process of transnational banks and predicts the prospect of transnational banks. The second chapter tries constructing a theoretical system, concentrating on the studies of the cause and economic influences of internationalization. The third chapter examines the transnational banks' growth strategies. From the aspects of strategy selection, location spreading, operation expansion and structure adjustment, the dissertation probes into the general law of internationalization of banks. The fourth chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of our China's internationalization of banking, then gives a proper strategy for development and establishes risk supervision system based on our present situation.
