When our society comes to a period of transformation, the juvenile delinquency is drawing the attention of most judicatory workers, educators and researchers from all circles. This paper, by a careful and close study on 71 juvenile delinquents reeducated in Fujian Juvenile Delinquents Reeducation Bureau, first makes a description of the current situation of the adolescent delinquency and the features it reveals; then it launches an analysis on the effects ideological education may impose on juvenile delinquency and looks into both subjective and objective elements that may have caused this delinquency; finally, it is proposed that juvenile internalized and externalized education be guided by ideological education, that is, to achieve the integration (integration of school, family and society), characterization (emphasis on character) and life-orientation (close to juveniles' life) of juvenile ideological education with the combination of ideological inner-education and outer-influence, thus to help reduce the rate juvenile delinquency in the largest scale.
