A Study On The Mechanism Of Dealing With Juvenile Delinquency At Different Levels

Minors are the sun at eight or nine o'clock in the morning,which is the hope of the future of the motherland and the nation.Minors have different physical and mental characteristics and behavior rules from adults,which are treated specially in law.The exploration and establishment of the mechanism of graded treatment of minors is an important opportunity to change the concept and way of treatment of minors' judicial treatment,and a major event in the field of juvenile justice in China.At present,the scope and definition of the treatment of juvenile delinquency in China are unclear,the connection of treatment institutions is weak,and the specialty is insufficient,which results in little effect on the treatment of juvenile delinquency,andthe situation of "let it go" often appears in judicial practice.The root of these problems lies in the fact that China has not yet established an independent juvenile justice system.The concept and way of dealing with juveniles have been abandoned to follow the adult's judicial model,which makes the treatment of offended and wronged juveniles lack legal operability and adaptability.At the same time,due to the lack of coordination of treatment institutions,the treatment measures for juveniles generally have poor effect.The exploration and establishment of the graded treatment mechanism of delinquent minors will help the delinquent minors get rid of the treatment concept and treatment mode of adult justice,and help to establish the treatment mechanism in line with the physical and mental laws of minors.On the basis of foreign experience,we should focus on the construction of laws and regulations,guide and help the institutions to cooperate actively,set up the measures scientifically,and establish a perfect mechanism.Help minors to better receive education and correction,change bad habits,and return to society smoothly.
