Career Crime Investigation System Of Research

Career crime investigation system ("CCRS") is integral part of the criminalinvestigation system of our country------People's Republic of China ("PRC"). In terms ofthe influence of the unique history and culture, PRC's exploring procedure for specialization and legalization of CCRS turned out to be full of obstacles and hardships.This article is going to, using researching methods like comparison and analysis, and accounting on the practical experience, set forth two main issues as following:1. by interpreting the basic theory of CCRS and the characters of career crime investigation of People's Prosecutors' Office of PRC, comparatively stating the history and characters of CCRS between PRC and other countries and regions;2. after thorough analysis of deficiencies of the current CCRS of PRC and citation of some available research fruits in this area, raising some suggestion points to eliminate those deficiencies and to reform and consummate the CCRS.The writer tries to map out an efficient CCRS, which covers both functions of cracking down career crimes and protecting human rights, in this article by the aforesaid efforts.
