Research On Action Of Anti-investigation In Career Crime

With investigating the deepening constantly of important case of crime by taking advantage of duty, the actor and his interested party of crime by taking advantage of duty are under the domination of various kinds of psychology, implement various kinds of and investigate the behavior instead again and again,has interfered the investigating and prosecuting of this kind of case seriously, have wasted a large number of judicial resources. Therefore, this thesis will discuss the problem how to control the action of anti-investigation on national conditions and combining with foreign judicial practice, especially the action in career crime. Firstly, it will introduce the basic conception of anti-investigational action. Then, it will study the theoretical foundation, the characteristic, and the conditions of anti-investigational action. Finally, this assay will pay much attention on the countermeasure on action of anti-investigation in career crime.The Legislation on action of anti-investigation in career crime is the important component of the career crime investigation system.
