Study On The Issues Of Judiciary Of Young Criminals

It is a common and serious social problem for youngsters committing crimes, which is becoming more and more critical in China. We can not apply the adjudication and treatment for adults mechanically to youngster criminals because of the differences between adults and youngsters in terms of mentality and physiology. On the contrary, we must adopt a special way aiming at the precaution and protection for the youngsters from committing crimes. Many countries have made laws and judicial systems specialized in the adjudication and treatment of young criminals. With the purpose of perfecting our national youngsters' judicial system and better preventing youngster committing crime and re-cultivating the youngster criminals, the writer discusses several issues in the article including the basic category, the principle, the re-considering of the situation, and how we can amend the judicial system for the adjudication of young guys committing crimes.
