Study On Environmental Impact System In China

Environment has a close relationship with people's daily life. With economic development and abundance of social goods and materials, people made more efforts to pursue a clean, beautiful and comfortable environment. Especially, when entering 20th century, environmental problem has become the key factor which influenced human being' s survival and development. At the same time, the concept of global environmental management has changed drastically. As the result, we need to take measures from economic layers to solve the environmental problems. For the long term consideration, we also need to solve the challenging problems which are related to human' s health. Under the new situation, China proposes a new industrialized way, which involves high technology, good economic benefits, low resource consumption, minimal environmental pollution and advantageous human resources.The aim of establishing an all-around affluent society shows the correct development direction for environmental protection work. In order to control pollution from the source, to create a good living space for the people, and to realize the true sustainable development, we need to make the environmental impact assessment on constructive subjects, such as policy making, layout and exploitation. Through this effort, we can push forward economic development, maintain country's environmental safety, go a new industrialized way, and actualize sustainable development. While the environmental impact assessment system in different country has the different way .The paper has introduced the connotation of environmental impact evaluation and foreign legislative status as development tide which can be used for reference .The same time , it expatiated the circulating situation lf environmental impact evaluation system and the existing problems . It also indicated how to solve the problems to further perfect the law , strengthen the manipulation ,better dealing with the relationship between economic development and environmental protection .The aim of the paper is to develop the economy in environmental protection and realize the sustainable development tactic to gain the harmonious development among economy , environment and society.
