Thus it is necessary to know the significance of the legal institutions of the protection of the engineering architectural environment of our country in order to know the research topic connected with the overall situation of economic development.Within its life span, architecture influences its surrounding environment in many aspects from plan design and construction to demolition. The influences include the large consumption and waste towards the earth resources and energy; the effect even damage towards the regional ecological environment; the pollution and destruction towards the surrounding related environment during the process of engineering construction; the dirty air, noise interference, increased temperature, arid climate, and the physical environment's gradual deterioration caused by the severe lack of green places and spaces and the area of a body of water of engineering construction; the special climate phenomenon, such as whirlwind, hurricane, short-time storm, and so on, caused by the unreasonable engineering plan.Today many domestic and overseas scholars have already realized engineering construction has great influence on environment. With their efforts, the governments of each country establish some related laws, rules and authenticated systems to protect the environment of engineering construction. In china, the effects of the current laws are still not enough. Meanwhile these laws, rules and authenticated systems have not been completely effectively carried out yet.Laws, rules and authenticated systems are the basic guarantee of the environmental protection of engineering construction. This thesis find the flaws of our country's current engineering construction law institution and tries to solve the law problems in engineering construction in practice through analyzing the concrete environmental protection and the laws, rules, engineering institutions and some cases in engineering construction, and being compared with the foreign advanced institutions.The author get some enlightenments by analyzing the situations of the establishment and execution of the current laws, rules and authenticated systems, together with the present situation of our country. In fact, among these, the most important one is to. in the whole course. carry out ISO 14001 environmental management system's authenticated institutions. and strictly implement Law of Environmental Influence Estimation and three-simultaneity institution. Moreover we can not ignore the assistant effect of other environmental laws and rules related to engineering construction. In order to cany out ISO 14001 environmentalmanagement system's authenticated institutions better, we have to value the effect of talents and get a further step to improve law institutions of our country's engineering construction, establish good comfortable environment of engineering construction, and protect the living space of human health, goodness and managed development.
