With global resource shortage, the constant deterioration of the ecological environment, survived and brought a series of influence and challenge for the mankind. Our country has already regarded sustainable development as the fundamental state policy in 21st century, discharging more and more strict restriction to the pollutant in the production process of enterprise, and putting forward higher and higher request to environmental protection, health attribute of the products, so the environmental pollution has already become the key problem for the survival and death of enterprise. Therefore, it is already imperative to drive the Enterprise's Green & Sustainable Innovation.Here, the Enterprise's Green & Sustainable Innovation is a process that an enterprise, during a quite long period, for saving energy, reducing consumption and pollution, improving environment, puts out and implement green innovation project continuously ( referring the theory of J.A.Schumprter and acting as certain expansion, It concludes green product, technology, raw material, market, organization, institution, management innovations), and realize commercialization constantly to obtain lasting growth of the economic benefits. Therefore, It has four basic characteristics:green quality, continuity of time, and properity of constant benefit increasement and constant enterprise development.However, it is difficult for enterprise to insist on green innovation. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, many traditional manufacturing companies have implement the "green characteristic" technological transformation and technological development items which aim at energy-conservation, consumption reduction, reducing the pollution, improving product quality, only a part obtain the economic benefits, namely realize green innovation. Because of lacking the lasting effective incentive mechanism and serious insufficiency of innovative motive force, most of these enterprises whose green innovation have been accomplished once, have difficulty driving to realize green innovation constantly. Through strengthenning the institutional environmental construction of the Enterprise's Green & Sustainable Innovation to creat an effective, institutionalized incentive mechanism and security system, in this way, thus can make enterprise succeed in realizing its Green & Sustainable Innovation.
