The human resource is the most important resource at present. In fact, the competition in 21 century is mainly human resource's competition, especially to pharmaceutical enterprises with high technology and fast development. How to attract talents, how to keep them, how to exert them, It will determine the enterprises' fate and the development of our country.With China entering into WTO, the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises will join into the world market, and meet impact of economy globalization. HARBIN PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP CO. LTD. General Pharm. Factory will face the competition with the multinational corporations. The combination between Harbin Pharmaceutical Factory and Harbin No. 2 Pharmaceutical Factory emerged under this serious situation, accordingly the assets reorganization become one of effective way to join the competition. Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd is the backbone of industry in Harbin, which is one of the four biggest Chinese Antibiotic families, and is one famous base to produce Antibiotic in the world. As the leading factory of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd., HARBIN PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP CO. LTD. General Pharm. Factory developed step by step during the course of 7 years, going through the difficulties in 1999 and achieving in 2003, it managed to exist and develop in the changing pharmaceutical market.During the 7 years after the assets reorganization, HARBIN PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP CO. LTD. General Pharm. Factory achieved fast development, but comparing with other domestic big pharmaceutical enterprises, its competition ability is inferior to them especially on the management and development of human resource.
