Public servant system has been conducted only over 10 years, however, official corruption has become the biggest corruption at present. It has not only harmed the socialist and damaged the economic development and corrupted the clean politics, but also become the catalytic agent of other corruption forms. So, it has become the target of the criticism of all people. If we think the anti-corruption fight has relationships with the success and failure of the reform of our country, concerning with the fate of our communist party and the country and the serious struggle of life and death of our party and our state, then holding back the post crimes of the public servants is the front line of this struggle.By introducing the concept of post crimes, the paper defines the meanings and range of the post crimes of the public servants, discusses the largest danger of the post crime—the hindrance of administration of government affairs and farther hindrance of running countries by laws. . In our country , we have short time public servant system with little experience in removing the post crimes, we investigated the successful methods of holding back the post crimes of the public servants abroad to suggest the guideline of "law and moral integrate together to prevent and cure the post crimes together to hold back the post crimes of the public servants on the basis of the factors of producing post crimes of the public servants of our country.In order to control the crime-committing of the public servants, the law and the moral must be integrated together to prevent and cure them together.
