The Study On Our Military Wartime Motivation Mechanism Under The Condition Of Developing Well-off Society In An All-round Way

Wartime motivation which is very important and valuable in political work of our army is an effective method to give full play to the political advantage of our troop and stimulate spiritual motive power of our officers and soldiers. Wartime motivation mechanism plays a key role in the course of carrying out motivation assignment. We also need good motivation mechanism to inspire our officers and soldiers in future wars, since morale is still one of basic factors to achieve success in battles under the condition of developing well-off society in an all-round way.Referring to successful practice of wartime motivation adopted by foreign troops, these thesis objectively analyzes historical experience and challenge of our military motivation mechanism development in wartime, and essentially probes theoretical foundation, developing principle, content constitution and fundamental countermeasures of our military motivation mechanism development in wartime against the background of developing well-off society in an all-round way, which depends on motivation theory in Marxism and complies with our political requirements, political compendiums and concerning mental regulations during wartime.Besides, four new points are put forward in this dissertation: Firstly, sum up the historical experience of our military wartime motivation on the base of mechanism; Secondly, content constitution of our wartime motivation mechanism should be divided into guiding mechanism, motivating mechanism, supervising mechanism and ensuring mechanism in concrete terms; thirdly, as for the issue that how to improve the construction of motivation mechanism under the condition of thoroughly developing well-off society, this essay brings forth that we should exploit motive power in the way of arousing potential power of object, strengthenleadership of subject and cultivating atmosphere of motivation environment; finally, this summary points out the idea replacing equal result with equal chance with respect to motivation strategy.
