Biological industry is one of emerging industry in our country, and the rising sun industry of 21st. Investing biological industry has became strategical keystone of economy for many countries. Therefore, lots of enterprises began to invest biological industry for the sake of developing quickly. Compared with traditional industry, biological industry has its own characteristic, such as high venture, high investment, high respond, long periodicity. It also demanded biological interprise should have strong capability of repelling venture, investing and financing, and the troop of person with high technology, because biological industry had knowledge bulwark and experience bukwark. In such condition, this article advanced the research.
