Study On Industrial Transfer In Western China

With China's entering into WTO and the further development of western region, industrial transfer has been concerned increasingly. Industrial transfer is a phenomena that the enterprises in developed areas transfer some industries to developing areas by direct investment according to comparative advantages. Timely industrial transfer is not only the need of regulating industrial structures in developed areas, but also a great chance for the development of developing areas. It will help to improve resource collocation efficiency for Western China to carry on the industries and advance management technology and ideas from developed areas. Starting with the industrial transfer theory and taking Chongqing as an example, this paper analyzes the actuality and issues of industrial transfer in Chongqing and Western China with abundant data material. And then some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. Chapter one put industrial transfer theory to a stature on the background of economic globalization and harmony, and illuminates the purpose, significance and methods of this paper. Chapter Two analyzes connotation, characteristics, reason and conditions of industrial transfer on the basis of studies in being. Taking Chongqing as an example, chapter three analyzes the actuality of industrial transfer in Chongqing with abundant data material and representative cases. Chapter Four analyzes the influences and issues on Chongqing economic development from industrial transfer. Chapter Five proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions against the issues in the industrial transfer in Chongqing and Western China. Chapter Six puts forward the conclusions.
