Korean peninsula is key to decide the peace and stability of Northeast Asia. Meanwhile, the peace and stability of Korean Peninsula depend on the peace and unification of South Korea and North Korea.The unique geographic location has quite important strategic significance not only for its periphery countries: China, Russia and Japan, but also for America. Therefore, the issue about the peace and unification of Korean Peninsula has been brought into the international political cooperation. The peace and unification of Korean Peninsula not only rely on the further development of relation between South Korea and North Korea, but also rely on the active promotion and improvement of relatively power countries. It also depends on the positively mutual interaction among power countries in this area.China plays a very important role in the process of peace and unification of Korean Peninsula. China's diplomatic strategies and the attitudes towards the peace and unification of Korean Peninsula are concerned very much.Firstly, this article expounds and proves the necessity of peace and unification of it. Basing on the economy, culture, history and ideology situation of North Korea and South Korea. It also expounds the possibility of future peace and unification from exchange, economy and cooperation and non-governmental association. Secondly, it discusses the relations between peninsula unification, and Japan, Russia and America from political angle and it concerns about the above three countries' influence and function. Thirdly, this article emphasizes that China is one of the neighboring countries. Chinese government early claimed that they hope that peninsula would unite by themselves. "China would like to play a constructive role in pushing peninsula's situation to be relax and stable." China is always watching the change and development of peninsula's situation and supports the talks between South Korea and North Korea, and the improvement of two parties' relation. It explains the diplomatic policies. Finally, the article expresses the author's opinions and idea about the pattern of future Northeast Asia.
