Research On The Evaluation-Decision Technology And Application In Military Grass-Roots Management

Currently, the management decision in Our military grass-roots is not efficient, for the low level of the Evaluation-Decision technology and the influence of the artificial factor , which gives a negative influence to the officer and soldiers in the grass-roots troops and leads to some unstability to some extent. It is a bottle-neck to the development of our Army. So , a more advanced and effective Evaluation-Decision Technology is needed urgently, which can accord with the facts of our military grass-roots and reduce the influence of the artificial factor.This paper discusses the theory, technology architecture and the feasibility of application of Evaluation and decision in Our military grass-roots. This paper works as follows.1. Concluding and clearing up the theory and technology architecture of Evaluation and decision in Our military grass-roots, and give discusses to some popular samples of application of Evaluation and decision in Our military grass-roots. The paper stresses on the technology and methods, such as AHP, blurry integrative assessment, matrix decision model, decision tree model, and nonconfirm decision model.2. Based on the cases of military grass-roots "double win" and the better select of engineering equipment management, this paper discusses the feasibility of application of Evaluation and decision in Our military grass-roots in the integration of quality and quantity according to practice of military grass-roots management. The paper intergrates the methods in the integration of quality and quantity , which gives priority to AHP.It can conclude that it is feasible and available to apply the technology and method with the integration of quality and quantity in the military grass-roots practise. It can settle down the conflict and problem efficiently in Our military grass-roots, improve the accuracy and persuasion of Evaluation-decision result, inspire the positivity and creativity of officers and soldiers, and promote the innovation and development of Our military grass-roots.
