Study On Regional Autonomy System Of Minority Nationalities Of China

As a basic political system in China, Regional Autonomy System of Minority Nationalities (RASMN) is the systematized and legalized specific form of the RASMN theory, whose core content is autonomy right and its realization in the autonomic regions. Starting with the basic theory of RASMN, this paper analyzes the theoretical fundamental of anatomy theory, and then demonstrates the theory evolution, development bottleneck of RASMN, upon which we offers the suggestions for how to improve this system from a constitutional perspective.
