The Research Of The Existing Problem Of Social Asistance In Zhangdian District Of ZiBo City ShangDong Province

The society assistance which is the most basic social insurance, is the important content of social insurance. This paper analysis the existing problem of social assistance of Zhangdian district, adopt the method of investigations and theory uses, analysis the existing problem of people that need assistance, source and use of assistance funds , standard situation, management system and mechanism effect that exist in society assistance in Zhangdian district. According to the above analysis, the following conclusion can be reached, such as the position of society assistance in the whole social security work is still not high, the content of the society assistance is still not complete, the target of society assistance is not complete divides, the source and use of assistances funds are still exist some problems. According the exist problem, this paper put forward some policy recommendations.
