Economical globalization is one of the most important features of our times, and it is an object fact, also a trend. Whether you accept it or not ,it influences the process of the world and the developing countries, without any mercy. Countries have never so deeply percepted globalization's impacts and effects as today. Facing the flood of it ,no one country can avoid or attack it. The only way they should choose is to grasp opportunities ,and confront challenges. Countries .especially developing ones should pay attention to the demerits brought by globalization when taking part in it. So, a developing country should see the advantages of globalization clearly so as to improve itself, meanwhile, it should recognize its disadvantages and side effects, in order to carry out proper solutions. Only doing like that can a country really shares the benefits of economical globalization, makes national economy grow and raises international status. At the same time ,China should make enough preparations to work out practical measures to cope with economical globalization actively.Actually, there is no need to discuss whether to participate in globalization or not as long as economical globalization has past into a trend nowadays. What should really be put emphasis on is .under the background of playing games in globalization actively, we must recognize the challenges and ventures that perhaps globalization would bring, and establish corresponding solutions to gain more benefits and make the side effects lowest, which is just this thesis' main purpose and value.
