In the post-cold war period, Bill Clinton and Bush came into power successively in united states. This paper explores their polities to China and analyzes the Policies perspectives and then finds quite a few common points between these two governments.The first part of this paper generalizes the developments of their policies to China and their strategic repellency to Chinese government.The second part concludes common points of these two governments. After the cold war ended, United States becomes unique superpower in the world nowadays. To uphold its superpower and to defend its core position become America's vital national interests. From its diplomatic policies' succession and flexibility, these two governments show quite a few common points in their policies to china.The third part analyzes China's national interests. This paper indicates China's basic stand in Sino-America relations. It is to enhance understanding of two stets and reduce troublesome and strengthen cooperation of two states. Not to make confrontation with America, Chinese government makes coffers to do well of his own affairs. For America's hegemony behaviors, Chinese government dedicates to improve Sina-ifnerica's relations and promotes two states to have a glad and healthy developing while reasonable, Beneficial and controlled fighting's with United States.
