As everyone knows, China is the biggest developing country. U.S.A. is thebiggest developed country. The relation between these two big countries influencesthe peace and stability of the world and the Asian-Pacific area greatly, Therefore theSino-US relation causes the special concern of the countries all over the world ,especially China and U.S.A. At the last U.S.A. general presidential election of the20th century, George' W'Bush has been pushed to the throne . After he appeared onthe stage, a series of major events have happened in the Sino-US relation that haveinfluenced the Sino-US relation seriously. Bush government taked the toughpolicies to China , announced that U.S.A and China are nof'strategic cooperativepartners "originally, buf'strategic rivals".
