In recent years, academia and policy circles have shown a blowout in the study and discussion of "globalization" and "anti-globalization",even though these studies and discussions have not yet settled, but also illustrate the increasing importance of economic relations among countries in international relations. In this way,the substitution of military power by economic power becomes an important research object of international relations. In this case,it is necessary to study the economic relationship between the United States, the world's largest economy, and china, the World's second-largest economy and the largest developing ECONOMY.As the World's largest and second-largest economy,China and the United States have a certain degree of economic competition,as the World's largest developed economies and the World's largest developing economic entity, the United States and China have a wide range of economic cooperation possibilities. Therefore, the economic relations between China and the United States have a considerable complexity, and the economic relations between States are more affected by the internal structure of the state than the political relations between countries, whereas political relations between States are more affected by the international Environment. For example,a Country's political structure, political party structure, economic structure will have a large impact on the economic policy of a country, the international environment will also have a certain impact on economic relations between countries, such as the WTO and other international economic organizations on the economic relations between countries can't be ignored. In particular, the foreign economic policy of the United States is largely influenced by the executive power of the three powers, and the United States administration is almost exclusively in the hands of the president of the United states,so this article through a detailed analysis of Clinton,George W.bush,Obama and other three U.S.presidents in the term of the economic policy of China,This paper summarizes the "arsenal" that the President of the United States canuse in foreign economic relations,in order to provide reference to some problems in the current Sino-US economic relations.
