The Study Of The Financing Pattern Of Community Security For Elderly

Since 1990s,after France had been the first aging country, almost every country become the aging country, the differences from the other countries are that: firstly, the population and the increasing speed exceed the other countries; secondly, China has been an aging country before China become a developing country; thirdly, in China, some areas was added 'aging', but some was not. At present, the social security for elderly in China is the pension insurance system, based on the funds of the country, corporations and individuals, the individual savings account and the social risk pooling fund are founded, which the old can draw their retirement pensions, but from long time, there are a big problem, that is: firstly there is a increasingly enlarging lack of the pension insurance system; secondly, the covering of the passion insurance system is not reached 100%, thirdly, the existence of the unemployment. So for solving the problems of aging, we must base on community, and for the community security for elderly coming true, the most important problems is the pension financing, no matter what the government or the corporations do not have the power to solve the problem of the pension financing, so we must depend on the power of the community, and the most important is the financing community passions. At present, the financing pattern in different areas is that community service pattern, government pattern, corporation pattern, time saving pattern and so on. But we must have a united pattern, however, the study of this area is very scare. The writer hope that this lecture can elicit the other lectures and this question can be discussed and taken into account.
