On Public Servants' Professional And Moral Construction

Public servants are organizers of country and social Public service in China and they formulate policy and carry out policy. Their professional moral standards, professional moral displays and professional moral play a very important role in the whole society, not only affecting social moral look, but also concerning the long-standing stability. The author sets up the basic theoretical frame and logic construction of public servants' moral tendency in the condition of reform and opening up and in the new international competition, respectively political trend, benefit trend, ideological trend, service trend.The fourth part mainly is intended to put forward how to strengthen the self-discipline systems and other-discipline systems of the professional and moral construction. This part is based on the Chinese traditional culture, international advanced experience and contemporary science, then puts forward several measures and methods to enforce the moral construction.History and reality repeatedly indicate that public servants' professional moral directly influences the party's creativity, cohesion, combat effectiveness, and also the failure or success of social construction and modernization of our country. As a result, if we want to develop social marketing economy, we must enforce professional moral construction. If we want to strengthen the public servants' team, we must strengthen public servants' professional and moral construction.
