China's Legal System Construction On Animal Welfare

Animal welfare has been widely concerned by people because of common existence of animal unhealthy condition and serious harm. As a new subject study area, many people from all walks launch campaigns to appeal to institute animal welfare law system. It's the responsibility of domestic researchers to approve animal welfare states in our country .This paper examines the concept of animal welfare and discuss legal system construction on foreign animal welfare. With the domestic resent state and foreign legal system construction on animal welfare compared, the author studies roundly the necessity of Chinese legal system construction on animal welfare and theoretical and practical legislation base. The thesis is composed of six parts:The foreword: it introduces the reasons of the animal welfare research briefly. And it also demonstrates the author's basic standpoint and research thoughts.The first part: it focuses on animal welfare campaigns and animal welfare research. Then the author gives a concept of animal welfare by comparing animal welfare with animal rights.The second part: It analyses current situation and problems of Chinese legal system construction on animal welfare. Then, the author studies roundly the necessity of Chinese legal system construction on animal welfare.The third part: It analyses foreign and domestic animal welfare law system. Then, it illustrates some questions during constructing animal welfare legal system in China.The forth part: It gives some advices about law' modification on animal welfare. Then, it makes a sketch of systems of animal welfare legislation on the basis of classified and process principles.The afterward: It summary the necessity of animal welfare legislation and it is need of constructing harmony society and people development.
