Research On The Legal Protective Matters Of Animal

Originally,animal is biological concept,but in the development of human society gradually evolved in different disciplines,the meaning of which has a different range.The purpose of this paper is to explore the legal protection of animals,which can not be separated from the essential meaning of animals.What is the animal?In most cases,animals are heterotrophic organism which take organics as food,have nerves,sensation and can move.Humans are types of animal,just because we have sensation and know the feeling about pain and it is clear that human beings should not be positioned in the most important position,and ignore the other animals that have the same feeling as humans.Animal protection up to the legal level is already not a new thing,there has been more than 200 years of history.But even so,the problem for the development of China,is still fresh news.There are still a lot of people who think that there is no need to discuss such a problem,because the problem of mankind itself has not yet been resolved,some people think it is hypocritical.But it can not negate the value of study this problem.Animal protection has entirely risen to the legal level,in China,it should also be put on the agenda.In this paper,we discuss the problem of animal protection in a ethical and legal perspective and advocate learning advanced experience from foreign country in suggestions,such as introduce Japan's "food education" in the national education and social service order system in the operation level of law.
