Building the socialist market economy in our country, affiliating to WTO and the Internet appearing ,these give us stern challenges in the ideological and political work in Transition Phase .The economic globality , the politics much multipolarity and the diversification of the living way ,the fashion of taking up a job and the pattern of assigning and so on. These deeply influence on people thought deeply. In some field , bad morality, money worship,hedonism and individuality is breeding ,theism and obscene gambling poison and so on . bad phenomenon developing .Facing such situation ,we must work hard to innovate in the ideological and political work so that we can enable it in the request of the ages.The present condition of the ideological and political work is not satisfied :besides some places some unit did not do the work well because of old contents lagging method ,almost people do it in some places some unit.
