To Strengthen The Study Of The Citizen Consciousness Education Way Of Ideological And Political Work

The ministry of education issued a opinion about cultivating and practicing the socialist core values to further strengthen moral education work of the primary and secondary school on April1,2014. It clearly put forward: in order to better cultivate civic virtue, promote social morality and strengthen the national identity, education departments at all levels, primary and secondary schools should promote civic consciousness education vigorously, and further guide more students to understand their own basic rights and basic obligations of citizens, led them to develop a kind of behavior habit of thrift and low carbon environmental protection, form a healthy and civilized way of life. Citizenship education has been very attention in recent years, report of the Seventeenth Party Congress explicitly put forward that we should strengthen civic education, establish the concept of socialist. The report has promoted a height of the civic consciousness education and emphasized the importance of civic consciousness education. Civic consciousness is a kind of modern consciousness, its emergence is associated with the concept of citizen, it is closely combined with the development of modern society. However, our country citizen consciousness is still weak at present, for example, the main body consciousness, social morality consciousness, responsibility consciousness, legal consciousness and so on are very weak. In the process of strengthening the democratic and law, promoting the socialist spiritual civilization construction, building a harmonious society has not reached the height of the corresponding, also seriously hindered the process of social modernization.Ideological and political work is one of our fine traditional, is the lifeline of political, cultural, economy and society, and other all work, has made great achievements since reforming and opening up. Under the new historical conditions, we should continue to carry forward the fine tradition, and relying on the heirloom to carry out civic consciousness education. Combine ideological and political work and civil consciousness effectively, not only can make the citizen consciousness education get twice the result with half the effort, also can promote the continuous development of ideological and political work. This paper is divided into six sections altogether. The first chapter is introduction, this part introduces the proposed, the purpose and significance of the topic, research status at home and abroad, theoretical basis, innovation, research ideas and methods; The second chapter is to analyze the necessity of strengthening citizen consciousness education in the ideological and political work; The third chapter mainly introduces several content of the citizenship education under the perspective of the ideological and political education. I analyzed the status quo of citizen consciousness education and the reasons affecting the development of civic consciousness, through survey research methods and case analysis in the fourth section. The five chapter introduces the way of strengthening citizen consciousness education in the ideological and political work, according to the existing problems and reasons for citizen consciousness at the present stage, is the main foothold of this paper also.
