Research On Administrative Contract

In recent years, the administration method scholar realizes gradually, the administrative contract is already used to be an ideal means for promote Administrative policies and be accept for practice, although the administrative contract theoretical controversies is far from over. On the issue of theoretical interest beyond the relations between sectors. Unfortunately, compared to the Western developed countries, our theoretical research in this area has lagged far behind that of the practice process. Therefore, in order to seize the administrative contract development theory "course" and must give adequate attention to this issue. That is why I regard it as a master's degree graduation thesis of the selection of subjects.This writing aims to introduce a range of views on the existing, some of the current perplexity administrative contract for the preliminary analysis to explore, summarized the various views of scholars, and tried to clarify certain issues, make preliminary recommendations.The full text is divided into four parts, and the summary as follows :Part I, elaborated on the concept of the administrative contract.
