With the establishment of our country's social market andeconomic system, our economy actual strength becomes stronger andstronger, society changes with each passing gay, new things emerge oneafter another and these deeply influenced Chinese troops and contemporary soldiers. New military transforms in world scope, not onlyaccelerate the revolution of our military skill and organization system,but also raise lots of new question and bring about new challenge to ourarmy management and education. Psychology's work as an importantmethod to mitigate mental pressure, regulate mental balance, widenthought horizon, strengthen team spirit and build harmonious relationskip between people has many benefits to enhance and improve armymanagement and education. The following text lays emphasis ondiscussing what challenge army management and education face andhow to apply psychology principle to enhance army management andeducation work from the psychology angle.Section I Essential issue in army management and education.Army management and education belongs to army management,which defined as "The work of administration management andideology education which is carried on according to aim, requirementand regulations of army construction, combined with war preparedness,training, any other work and daily life, various of service activities." Itcontains administration management and ideology education and itsappellation is charactered by our army management and education is thedevelopment and new ideas of army management science, havingspecial feature of our army, representing on distinct social class,abundant practice, development with changing time and special thoughtabout four aspects. From macrostructure and microcosm, theory andpractice two angles to analyze, army management and education is in acertain condition of basic and overall place in army construction.Section II The relationship between management and educationwork and army psychology.Military psychology is a branch of applying psychology, an ancientphenomenon and new developing subject.
