Global Governance Based On The Rule Of Law

In the global governance issues, Jurisprudence should first concern the legitimacy of global governance. Because of this, the author argues that Global Governance based on the rule of law is a normative theory of Global Governance. This exploration includes three components.First, this article attempts to analyse the concept of global governance, and to clarify the relationship between global governance and governance from two aspects. On the one hand, global governance is the expansion of governance at the global level, and governance is a new form of government, thereby government-governance-global governance is the same. This idea of global governance under the authority of the core study, the authority noted that the State monopoly in the era of globalization to geographical features into being challenged. However, this explanation is not sufficient to explain the legitimacy of global governance, it also ignores the power of global governance factors. Another aspect of global governance represent the organizational characteristics of globalization, the power in globalization process reflects the particular power operation at the micro level, especially to see the ultimate goal of controlling population as inevitable transcend national identity. For this, one can view globalization as an organizational governance to build the globalization of human life and governance.
