A Study Of Urban Grass-roots Level Technical Governance From The Perspective Of Grid

With the development of modern information technology,such as “Internet plus”,“AI” and “big data”,technical governance has gradually become an important practice and exploration in China's grass-roots social governance.However,the specific operation mechanism of Technical Governance and its impact on the grass-roots governance structure and governance mechanism have not been paid enough attention by the academic community,and the relevant research is still lacking.This study takes M town in Shanghai as the main research object.Through field research and interviews,it combs the process of Technical Governance gradually being introduced into M town's social governance,analyzes the basic framework and operation mechanism of M town's technology governance,and strives to present the whole operation mode and advantages and disadvantages of grass-roots Social Technical Governance on this basis,so as to provide some references for the modernization development of grass-roots governance in China Lessons learned.The practice of technical governance in M town of Shanghai shows that in the grass-roots governance,modern information technology can promote the bureaucratic system to further sink into the grass-roots society,also make the basic governance unit smaller and affect the relationship between governance subjects,thus effectively improving the ability of grass-roots government to social governance.In theory,technological governance meets the needs of the country to improve its governance ability,and promotes the extension of state power to the grass-roots society.For governance system reform,technological governance makes the government reduce the risk of reform.Of course,the current technical governance of grass-roots society is mostly driven by the government.How it will further promote the healthy development of the relationship between the state and society needs further empirical investigation and theoretical thinking.
