| The development of Internet technology and the demand for performance,participation and interaction have grown rapidly,and webcasting has become the most competitive form of entertainment in the market.In order to meet the huge demand for entertainment from the audience,the webcasting platform has sprung up.At the same time,the anchors entering the live broadcast industry have no threshold restrictions,but they have become one of the hottest occupations because of their high income.The network anchor broadcasts specific live content to the audience through real-time video.For example,games,beauty,chat,singing and other content attract people and interact with the audience in real time.Through observation method,according to the classification of live broadcast platform and live content,we watched a large number of webcasts,and combined with typical case analysis in webcast,we found that China's webcast is full of vulgarity,pornographic violence,vicious competition,and induces viewers to send.Gifts,allegedly invading the chaos of the privacy of minors.Based on this,the author investigates the origin of chaos,and analyzes the reasons for the existence of chaos from the perspective of government,live broadcast platform and audience: the various laws and regulations governing the emerging webcast industry and network anchor are not perfect;More,the responsibilities of the subject are blurred,and the rheology of the governance object increases the difficulty of governance.All kinds of chaos are due to the lack of public governance of webcasting.This study focuses on the core points of multi-subject governance in public governance theory,and puts forward targeted policy opinions on live chaos: improving laws and regulations;defining clear departmental responsibilities;combining rule of law with morality;developing live monitoring information technology.In order to use these opinions to solve the lack of public governance of webcasting... |
