As to the output, Iranian oil amount to 186.5 million tons, in 2003, behind Saudi Arab, Russia and the United States, the 4th largest in the world. Iran has the second largest amount of energy exportation in OPEC. Meanwhile, Iran is a country which has the third largest reservation of copper proved up, and has abundant minerals, such as zinc, chrome, iron, manganese, antimony, plumbum, boron, barite, marble and coal.For the 21st. century is very significant to China, Chinese foreign strategy and energy safety tactic are the things need to be paid most attention to.
