| Motivation plays a significant role in improving employee’s satisfaction and the efficiency of enterprise management.Having conducted a series of researches,William James,a professor of Harvard University,concludes that the staffs show 20%-30% of their potential capacities at ordinary work while 80%-90% of their potential capacities would be performed under the stimulation of adequate motivation provided by their employers.This obvious difference accentuates the significance of motivation in employee management.With economic development and social progress,public service fields have expanding constantly and the reforms of public institutions have deepening continuously.In order to improve staff management patterns,starting researches on satisfaction of the public institutions’ staffs can help the administrators to identify the employees’ needs,to understand the current situation of the management,propose the measures that boost coordination between organizations and staffs.The staff of NQ office are the target in this research,based on empirical research,this thesis aims at formulating the pointedly motivation mechanism by studying the factors affecting the satisfaction of the staffs.Influenced by traditional management patterns,NQ office has been using the administrative management pattern,which lacks of communication with staffs and feedbacks from staffs’ daily work.NQ offfice’s motivation measures lack of targets,and the effect of motivation isn’t obvious.By looking up related research literature of motivation applied to staffs and looking into the researches about present situation of motivation in China and overseas,this thesis lays a solid foundation for the following analysis and application.Choosing 63 employees as research targets,and using questionnaires and empirical approach methods,this thesis will get an overall evaluation of staff satisfaction,and find out the relationship about the five influence factors.Based on analysis and demonstration,the influence elements of incentives to staff,such as career development,salary welfare,interpersonal communication,training as well as examination are tightly related.In addition,elements such as career development,salary welfare and interpersonal communication have influence on staff satisfaction.Therefore,Using research results as the strongest support,this paper willformulate scientific and feasible motivation measures to staff,so that motivation mechanism could be complemented in NQ office. |
