As two of the most important nations in the post Cold War period, China and Germany play an important role in the big countries relationships through their own development. The crucial influence of the two countries upon the world's international relationships comes from their own importance and functions as two of the most important countries of the world. From the late 1990s, Sino-German relationship gets rid of the influence of the Cold War and becomes healthy, steady and developmental. After the claps of the polarization Germany gets reunion in a fast pace, and its hard and soft powers are becoming more and more strong, and Germany has become a big nation in the European Union like France that has great influence in this area. With the rapid development of reforms and openness of China, China has more and more interaction with other countries of the world. It is just a matter of time for China to adapt itself into the international society. This paper is going to discuss the relationship of the two big countries which have great influence upon the world, the aspects that influence the bilateral relationship of them, and the future of the relationships of the two world powers.To talk about the development, changes and future trends of the post Cold War Sino-German relationship and the aspects that influence it, it is an important research perspective to adopt the international relationship Neoliberalism paradigm. No matter from a historical or a realistic perspective, the Sino-German relationship shows different characteristics in different stages of history. In the Cold War period, the political and economical relationship of the two countries were greatly influenced by the realistic power politics of the international politics system and construction.
