E-government And Study On Management Innovation Of City Development Area

Our country started "government online project" completely in january of 1999.As one of the most important part of informationization of government. E-government will bring huge change to the government management and policy decision mechanism, and its development condition and function will be extensively concerned with .Based on one month tracking investigation of nationally designated city development area, this text studies and analyzes present condition of e-government. Taking nationally designated city economic-technological development areas as survey samples, we carry on the performance evaluation to the e-government of those cities and adopt systematic clustering method to classify them as three classes. Then, we analysis their e-government development level and appraise them.On the foundation of case study above, this text inquiries into the implementation of management innovation of the city development area. The text is divided into five parts totally, which can be included as follows:Chapter 1: Pose the problem studied in this article. Expatiate on the meaning of this study and the idea of this text. Expatiate on the research method and the research framework. Then carry on explaining the conception that the article involves and summarizing some relative references.Chapter 2: Introduce the present condition of the domestic and international e-government, then study e-govern of domestic city development area from three aspects of which are the style characteristic, district characteristic, the system characteristic. This will reflect the city development area e-government existing the style difference, city grade difference, region difference, system difference.Chapter 3: Take the nationally designated city economic-technological development area as survey samples and design survey indices, carrying on the performance evaluation to those cities. Adopt the systematic clustering method to classify those cities, getting three categories of development phases of the e-government respectively. Then carry on a simple evaluation to the e-government of those cities from the website's content, website's function, the website's construction circumstance.Chapter 4: Based on researches preceding chapters, try to analyze realization of management innovation of city development area. Elaborate the e-government is inevitable demand of realization of management innovation of city development area and realization of three paths of management innovation, namely the optimization of administration environment, the inspiration of innovative ability of one area or other subject, construction of management innovation platform.Chapter 5: Make a simple overview of the whole text. Summarize some shortages of the text and point out some points need further study.
