Now, Zhengzhou city is in animportant period of strategic opportunities and prominent constradictions as well as theturning point of social transformation with the comprehensive development ofindustrialization, urbanization, informatization, marketization and internationalization.There are many sensitive and thorny issues, such as education, medicare, housing,employment, social insurance, income distribution, land demolition, safety in production,public security and environment… and based on that, the Party committee and thegovernment must strenghten the social construction and make innovation in socialadministration, and safeguard the social harmonious stability. Above all, it has gotten intothe question fundamentally and basically. Well,the last one targets to purpose concrete countermeasures and methods to strengthen andmake innovations in social administration of the city, which will help to solve thedevelopment bottleneck in the metropolitan area construction and provide prowerfulguarantee for the leapfrog development of our city.
