Promoting Rivalrousness Of Minor Enterprises And Corporation Law Reform

It is well known that minor enterprises have been the important parts of national economy in modern society. They cover various fields from manufacturing industry to service trade and appear extraodinary elasticities and vigor. They play an obvious role on exporting trade, promoting developing new technology and enlarging employment gradually. In view of the significant position of minor enterprises in national economy, how to promote the rivalrousness of them and make them succeed in global competition have been concerned by all the countries.Corporation style is the developing direction of most minor enterprises undoubtedly. As the branch law of adjusting and regulating modern enterprises , corporation law is responsible for promoting the rivalrousness of minor enterprises. On account of immature law environments, minor enterprises can not obtain adequate chances and efficiencies and take good advantage of various resources. So reforming some rules of corporation law and providing enough space for promoting the rivalrousness of minor enterprises is the vital matter of immediate urgency of corporation reform in China.This thesis is based on the present conditions of China and refers to advanced experience of other countries and areas. It analyzes the significance and objective obstacles and puts forward some suggestions in order to explore the way of corporation law reform which conforms to the present condition of China.
