Study On Hearing System Of Its Procedures In Public Policy-making Of China

This paper bases on harvest of predecessor both from academics and practice. First of all, we make great effort of finding historical archives about hearing system in Western civilization. Then, we look forward to modern China and see how is the hearing system working in public policy-making. By angle of view public price making, which is the most, representative and familiar as well as first exist in China, we pay attention to its practice in chongqing. While the hearing system has now been widely adopted in public policy-making processes, there are still some problems yet to be addressed for its further development and application. So, we propose some ideals in order to make it better, and so as to promote to democratization, monocracy and scientifically achieved in Chinese public policy-making.
